Refund policy

1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
3. Sale items, customized products, and discounted products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
4. Refunds will be processed after quality inspection of the returned product.
5. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Customers are advised to record an unboxing video to support claims regarding damaged or incorrect products.
7. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
